2. Honey: always on the table to pour on sopaipillas or biscuits
3. Beans: served whole, not refried
4: People: very friendly and polite
5. OH chains: Sonic, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Quiznos, Subway, Olive Garden, Chili's, Starbucks, Applebees, Walgreens, Best Buy, Dillards, etc
6. NM chains: Flying Star, Satellite, Blake's Lotaburger, Pizza Cafe, Weinerschnitzel, Whataburger, Peter Piper Pizza, Hastings,etc
7. Green Chile on: hamburgers, eggs, chicken alfredo, etc
8. Christmas: combination of red and green chile (ALM's fav)

Carlsbad Caverns [below] - Carlsbad, NM

New Mexico offers exploration above the ground, on the ground, and below the ground (750 feet, that is). These caverns were pretty big! They keep the caverns dark so as to highlight the formations. The temperature is constantly in the mid-50s F.
